ΓΙΑ ΤΗ ΚΟΙΝΩΝΙΑ, ΤΟ ΠΕΡΙΒΑΛΛΟΝ & ΤΟΥΣ ΑΝΘΡΩΠΟΥΣ ΜΑΣ
Τον Ιούλιο του 2025, η Ποτοποιία-Οινοποιία Θράκης υπέγραψε με υπερηφάνεια τις Αρχές Ενδυνάμωσης των Γυναικών των Ηνωμένων Εθνών (WEPs), μια πρωτοβουλία που συνάδει με τη μακροχρόνια δέσμευσή μας για την προώθηση της ισότητας των φύλων, την ενδυνάμωση των γυναικών και τη δημιουργία περιβάλλοντος χωρίς αποκλεισμούς. Η υπογραφή αυτή αντικατοπτρίζει την αφοσίωσή μας στην προώθηση της ένταξης μέσω μέτρων όπως η προώθηση των γυναικών σε ηγετικές θέσεις, οι πρακτικές ίσης αμοιβής και οι πρωτοβουλίες ευαισθητοποίησης σε επίπεδο ομάδας. Με αυτό το βήμα, όχι μόνο ενισχύουμε την εσωτερική μας κουλτούρα, αλλά και συμβάλλουμε σε θετικές κοινωνικές αλλαγές. Μαζί, στοχεύουμε να χτίσουμε έναν κόσμο όπου όλοι θα ευημερούν.
