Raw and packaging materials
The special importance we always attach to the selection of raw materials is the basis for producing products of outstanding quality.
The main focus is on excellent quality, while costs play a subordinate role for us. With respect for our tradition and the consumer, we are constantly researching to meet the highest standards of selection. Herbs and seeds, alcohol, grapes and packaging materials are selected according to strict criteria in order to guarantee the consistently top quality of our products.
Infrastructure
The company is based in privately owned facilities with a total surface area of 20.000 m² with buildings of 7.300 m² in the Industrial Area of Komotini.
The equipment includes 6 traditional ouzo distillation and 4 tsipouro distillation stills of excellent performance, each with a capacity of 1,000 mm, three state-of-the-art bottling lines with a production capacity of 12,000 bottles/hour and stainless steel storage tanks for finished products with a total capacity of 1,500,000 Lit.
Production
The production is carried out under conditions of absolute hygiene and safety, is controlled daily with rigour and all production phases are recorded in detail. The well-organized chemical laboratory of the company equipped with the most modern technology and the control of each bottle available on the market, ensure the absolute safety of the products.
